This Idaho Elk ranch is over 10,000 acres of incredible hunting with predictable movement. The elk in this area feed in the ag fields below on a daily basis and come up into the mountains where you will be waiting for them. The south slopes they move through to get to their north slope bedding areas are full of brushy draws and perfect ambush points to give you a better chance at getting your bull. This is one of my highest success rate ranches for archery that I have in the country. Many years we are over 75% success and hunters don’t have to be super fit to hunt this place. In fact their are many tree stands over wallows and travel corridors where patient hunters can get their bulls with stick and string. As an added bonus we have some tremendous bulls on this ranch with the average herd bull being a solid 6 x 6 between 270 and 320 consistently with bulls over 350 seen every year. Lodging and food is simple and nothing fancy. Hunters will often stay in nice 5th wheels when hunting the ranch.
